The Foundry After School Arts Program is now an 18 week program for students in 1st-5th grades.
Please note, classes are offered in four locations. Monday classes are offered in at our partner location in Henderson, KY. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday classes are located in Newburgh at one of two locations.

This is a drop off program. Doors will open at 3:30PM for drop off and again at 5:55PM for pick up. Parents will need a photo ID to pick up their child. Space is limited and fills up quickly, so register your child TODAY!

Tuition can be split into four payments of $82.
$305 if paid in full at time of registration.

*The Foundry can provide transportation for a flat rate of $15 from ECS on Tuesdays to Crossroads, Newburgh and Sharon Elementary on Wednesdays to Crossroads and from John H. Castle Elementary Thursdays to our partner site of Living Word.

Register your child with payment for After School Arts at foundryarts.org. For drop offs, your steps are complete.
If utilizing transportation from ECS, Newburgh Elementary, Sharon Elementary, or John H. Castle, please email the form for your school below to: info@foundryarts.org. We will not pick up your child unless you have filled out the form and submitted it to The Foundry.

CLASS OPTIONS
Students use role-playing and basic creative drama exercises to bring scenes and stories to life. Working on self- expression, acting exercises, improvisation and using our imagination we will help the kids create characters and scenes. The class focuses on a wide range of creative activities involving speech, creative movement and theatre games to help the ever growing mind of the creative kid! A great opportunity to make new friends while developing self-confidence!
CRAFTS AND CREATIONS
Students will use various materials to enrich their unique crafting skills and make creations to take home.
Students will learn the elements of art foundations through various projects focused in color, shape, line, shape, form, and texture.
Students will bring their illustrations and imaginations to life by learning various techniques in comic drawing and work on illustrating a comic strip. They will focus on facial expressions, story ideas, backgrounds, and how to perfect their own personal style.
COMIC & DESIGN
DIGITAL ART
Students will learn features of Procreate. We will focus on menus, features, shortcuts, and work through various projects to enhance our digital skills. This class is only for students 10 and up.

*Please note, Procreate is only available for Apple devices. Students MUST have the Procreate app installed on their device prior to class. A stylus of some kind is helpful but not necessary. We can provide iPads to those who do not have one at this time, while supplies last, first come first served. You must email

BUST A MOVE DANCE
This exciting and energetic dance is a blast! Come dance along to upbeat music while memorizing fun choreographed routines. We will take time each class to keep our bodies in shape by warming up with some stretching and light exercise. We will then transition into learning and practicing dance steps together in a relaxed and supportive environment.
MUSICAL THEATRE
Students will learn all the skills it take to be a Triple Threat! With acting, singing, and dancing, this class who for those who want to perform.

Space is limited. Class options are first come, first serve with class size limits.

Students are expected to be respectful to teaching artists at all times and kind to their peers. If student behavior is unsatisfactory, parents will be contacted and asked to pick their child up. If behavior does not improve after discussion with parents the student will be removed from the program with no refund.

Please dress your child in comfortable, modest clothing and tennis shoes. Students will be playing games and at times sitting on the floor. Please send them with coats if necessary.

Pick up begins at 5:50PM. For safety, Parents will need to show their ID at pick up.

If utilizing Foundry Transportation from select schools, a Transportation form will need to be submitted to us. The school will not allow your child on the Foundry transportation unless this form has been submitted.

Please keep your child home if they or anyone in the home show signs of illness. If a student becomes ill while at class, parents will be contacted for pick-up.

A $12.00 charge will be in place for any refund before the program begins, and a $25 charge after the program begins for those who pay in full. No refund for Tuition Based payment after program begins.
